CEC Synergy Awards: Request for Nominations
The CEC is now soliciting nominations for its 2009 Synergy Awards. Â Since 1997, the CEC has hosted the annual Synergy Awards for Environmental Excellence to honor members of our community who have made impressive contributions to the local environment.
New Member: Plastic Pollution Texas
Plastic Pollution Texas strives to lead a successful campaign to get a Bottle Bill passed in the 2011 Texas Legislature for the purpose of maximizing recovery of recyclables, reduce reliance on raw materials for manufacturing new containers, and maximize waste diversion.
