Emma is a returned Peace Corps volunteer and a Forestry major/Recreation Management minor graduate from Stephen F. Austin State University. While serving in the Peace Corps, Paraguay, the heart of South America and home of the pineapple, was Emma’s home for two years. She connected local, regional, and international environmental organizations to communities and schools in rural and semi-urban neighborhoods….
This meeting will cover topics such as membership in the Water Research Foundation, the $37M Expansion Project for Northeast Water Purification Plant, the creation of a new Municipal Utility District, Flood Mitigation Assistance, several contracts relating to work at Wastewater Treatment Plants, and a waste hauling franchise.
