Featured Beautifying Buffalo Bayou (Mike Morris – Houston Chronicle, 02/14/2011) The Buffalo Bayou Partnership has a plan to upgrade Buffalo Bayou between Shepherd and Sabine to reduce the risk of flooding and to attract more visitors.
