PUC Sunset Review- Shining a light on state agencies
The Public Utility Commission of Texas is undergoing Sunset Review at the state legislature until 2023. Sunset Review is an opportunity for members of the public to share their concerns and ideas about the agency with sunset staff before the staff review is published.
The PUC self-evaluation report was published on 09/01/21.
September 2021- January 2023: Public input and comment are encouraged. This is followed by a staff report and a public hearing.
