TCEQ Air Quality Standard Permits Hearing on Jan 6, 2022

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is holding a public contested case hearing on January 6, 2022, regarding TPC’s request for an amendment of air quality permits. The project will mean that the existing facility will emit air contaminants such as organic compounds, particulate matter, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, hazardous air pollutants, and sulfur dioxide. Residents located in the area around Chavez High School are encouraged to register for the contested case hearing.
