21. ORDINANCE giving notice of intent to establish a program under Texas Property Assessed Clean Energy (“PACE”) Act of 2013 for City of Houston and its extraterritorial jurisdiction. PACE is a voluntary financing program that allows owners of commercial, industrial and multi-family residential properties (with five or more dwelling units) to obtain low-cost, long-term loans for water conservation, energy-efficiency improvements and distributed generation.

23. ORDINANCE approving and authorizing execution of an Interlocal Agreement between City of Houston and HARRIS COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT to conduct a Small Scale Pilot Project to remove submerged abandoned vehicles from Sims and Brays Bayous – $20,000.00 – General Fund.

68. The Department of Neighborhoods is requesting City Council approval of an ordinance authorizing the appropriation of $3,000,000 from the Dangerous Building Consolidated Fund.
