H-GAC to Administer ARRA EPA SmartWay Bridge Loan Funds
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is partnering with H-GAC to develop a $9 million revolving loan fund to provide short-term loans to truck drivers and shipping companies seeking to purchase new, cleaner or retrofitted trucks at the Port of Houston and other ports in the region.
