10 MISTAKES NON-PROFITS MAKE

Citizens’ Environmental Coalition will host Dr. Robert Sanborn, speaking on “10 Mistakes Non Profits Make” on July 24 from 11:30 am to 1 pm. The event will be at 3015 Richmond in the first floor meeting room. Cost is $15 and includes lunch. 

Dr. Sanborn is the President/CEO of Children at Risk, a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to innovative change for children. He has served on the staff and/or faculties of Rice University, Hampshire College, Columbia University, the University of Tulsa, Emory University and the University of Massachusetts and was previously the CEO of the Education Foundation of Harris County. He has also served as an advisor and board member to numerous non-profit organizations. His current offices include serving as CEC’s treasurer and on the KPFT local station board.
