The Life of a Honey Bee

Come to the park store to view the observation hive and learn about the life cycle, care, and importance of European Honey Bees and our other (native) pollinators.This program will last about one hour and will take place inside the park store, Sunset Marina.

They recommend bringing a bottle of water and wearing comfortable, flat shoes when participating in any activity. Restrooms are available at the Headquarters, Activity Center, Marina, and in each camping loop. Leashed pets welcome. Regular park admission fees of $5 per adult ages 13 and up apply; no additional charge for activities. No reservations necessary.
