Texas Well Owner Network: Water Well Screening

We often take the water we drink for granted, but knowing what’s in our well water is crucial to protect the health of our families. The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension’s Texas Well Owner Network (TWON) is coming to your area and getting your residential water well tested is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Get a kit – Stop by your local AgriLife Extension office in
Chambers County (295 White Memorial Park Road, Anahuac) or Liberty
County (501 Palmer Avenue, Liberty) to pick up a sample kit ($10 per
sample).

2. Drop it off – Take a sample of your water, and return it to
AgriLife staff on Tuesday, August 1, 2017, between 8:30-10:00 AM at either:
1. 501 Palmer Avenue in Liberty; or at
2. McLeod Park, 10717 Langston Drive, Mont Belvieu

3. Get your results – Come to the results meeting on Wednesday, August 2, 2017,
6:00 PM, at McLeod Park, 10717 Langston Drive, Mont Belvieu to
get your results and learn more.
