Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System

The TCEQ will host a public stakeholder meeting to discuss the renewal of the 2018 Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) Phase II MS4 General Permit No. TXR040000. This general permit authorizes the discharge of stormwater and certain non-stormwater sources from small MS4s. The current permit expires on December 13, 2018.

Please include your name and the organization you represent in the e-mail along with the subject “Phase II MS4 2018 Renewal.” In addition, if you would like to submit comments or questions during the meeting, please email: Outreach@tceq.texas.gov. You are welcome to submit comments (due April 4, 2017) on the existing Phase II MS4 General Permit during the preliminary renewal process by email to:  Stormwater and Pretreatment Team at swgp@tceq.texas.gov with a subject line of “Phase II MS4 2018 Renewal.”
