The SPARK School Program works with schools and neighborhoods to develop community parks on public school grounds throughout the Houston/Harris County area. This spring, the program is dedicating five new parks as part of its park desert initiative.
On May 29, 2018, beginning at 9 a.m. a new SPARK Park will be dedicated at Clifford Dunn Elementary School, 1003 W W Thorne Drive, Houston.
