Resilience H2Ouston: Living in Flood Plains will investigate Houston’s response to living and designing in flood plains through the eyes of homeowners and professionals who wrangle with flooding for a living. Moderated by Eric Berger, certified meteorologist with Space City Weather, the forum features the following presenters:
