Own Your Power Workshop

The Houston Renewable Energy Group (HREG) wants to promote renewables by partnering with the Green Building Resource Center (GBRC)  and showcase solar and energy efficient technologies.  With the wonderful displays GBRC has on energy efficiency for residential and commercial buildings, it seems like the perfect place to hold an event to educate the Houston Community.

The event will include three Workshops on energy efficiency, solar, and batteries.  In between the short workshops, we encourage participants to visit booths reserved by local companies to gather additional information.  There will also be a hands on Solar 101 class using solar kits for children.  Free food and drinks will be provided.
