During the January monthly meeting of the Water Efficiency Network of the Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District, Jill Boullion, executive director of the Bayou Land Conservancy, will discuss the successes and goals of the group and the benefits of land conservancy to water quality and the mitigation of flooding.
