Join the AIA  Houston Kids & Architecture Committee and the Rice Design  Alliance for a sketching class on the Rice University campus. The class will meet at the Rice School of Architecture for a 30 minute tour of the school and  it’s facilities. A 2 hour sketching class will follow. Students will work one on one or in small groups with architects to learn and develop hand sketching skills. Registration includes a sketch book, pencils, bottle of water and a snack.
The class is open to students age 12 and up. Adults are welcome and parents are encouraged to stay for the class.
Recommended parking in West Lot 2 or Visitor Lot L. Drop Off and pick up available on Campus Loop Road outside MD Anderson Hall and the Rice School of Architecture.
