Houston Stronger: A Path to a More Equitable City

The Baker Institute for Public Policy at Rice University will present a program on making Houston a safer, healthier and more economically vibrant city. One of the panel discussions, including Dr. Bakeyah S. Nelson of Air Alliance Houston, will focus on equitable recovery from Hurricane Harvey.
