Interested in learning more about simple and effective ways to finance energy efficiency, renewable energy and water conservation upgrades to your existing buildings?

The City of Houston is establishing a commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program to encourage private sector investment in energy efficiency and water conservation. PACE is an innovative financing program that enables private sector owners of commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential properties with five or more dwelling units to obtain low-cost, long-term loans to pay for water and energy saving retrofits and distributed generation.

This workshop will provide insight into how the Houston PACE program is structured including areas such as capital sources, underwriting criteria and eligible measures.
