Houston Health Day 2017

A free Interactive Health Day Event for Families and Friends. Gather your family and friends and head over to the second annual Houston Health Day, a free event jam-packed with fun activities, live demos, games and prizes. You’ll learn to live healthier and how to access the wide range of health services and programs offered by the Houston Health Department. Enjoy live demos including healthy eating and cooking, yoga, Zumba, hip hop fitness, line dancing and a leisurely fun walk through Hermann Park. Catch performances by step dancers and cheerleading groups while your children play on a moonwalk. Every hour you will get to enter drawings for prizes such as bikes, scooters and helmets, dumbbell sets, jump ropes, pedometers, sporty drawstring backpacks and more. Registration for the event and prize drawings is on Eventbrite.
