We will discuss the status of trails, events such as the BRC, and what we intend to accomplish this year. In addition, we are privileged to have Dr. Ronald Grabowski with the Houston Sports Rehabilitation and Nutrition Center come and speak. Dr. Grabowski will discuss pre and post workout nutrition along with the importance of nutritional therapy to support the immune system during exercise.
