Family Day in the Park 2017

Mayor Sylvester Turner’s10^th Annual Family Day on April 8 will be the biggest event ever, with activities for everyone.  “Family Day is a special time for fun and fellowship,” said Mayor Turner, “with plenty to enjoy for every one of every age.”  The day will feature inflatables, a rock wall, face painting, live music, baseball skills and competition, and food, along with Houston Zoo’s Zoomobile’s “animal ambassadors.”  All activities, entertainment and food are free. For more details, along with volunteer information, and four METRO park-and-shuttle locations, visit www.houstontx.gov.
