Festival Prize Package includes $200 FeatherFest Gift Certificate, 4-Night Stay at the Galveston Historic Cottage, and $50 Hearsay on the Strand Restaurant Gift Certificate. Proceeds benefit the Galveston Island Nature Tourism Council. FeatherFest Early Bird Raffle tickets are only available until Feb. 28, 2019. Tickets will be drawn the very next day on Mar. 1, 2019.
