According to the Environmental Protection Agency, nonpoint source pollution is the leading cause of water quality issues in the state. But it is difficult to address because it often requires residents and landowners to change behavior.
Municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permits outline requirements to minimize the discharge of pollutants from nonpoint sources in an effort to address some of these challenges.
Join us for the next CWI workshop discussing MS4 Minimum Control Measures on Tuesday, April 4, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Houston-Galveston Area Council (second floor conference rooms).
