Brays Bayou Association Meeting

Russ Poppe, the Executive Director of the Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD), will introduce himself to the BBA community. Some of Mr. Poppe discussion topics will be what the $43 million injection into Project Brays means, the future outlook for flood risk reduction projects in the region, the prospects of communities being allowed to increase drainage volume after Project Brays and of course answer your questions.
