Anthills Trail Work Party, 8:30 am
Event category:Â General [1]Trail:Â The Anthills (Terry Hershey Park) [2]Saturday, July 13, 2013 – 8:30am It’s time for some trail maintenance and upgrade. We will meet up at the Dairy Ashford parking lot (SE corner of Dairy Ashford and Buffalo Bayou). The work party will start @8:30 am. I hope to be done by late morning. The plan is to use rocks and cement chunks to armor the section of the bench cut under the shoulder of the DA bridge that has been getting wet from the leaky pipe. We will also install one of the kiosks. If there are enough people we will send out some trail trimming parties too. Please bring your favorite gloves, water and your loppers in case we get a chance to do some trimming.
