Special guest speaker, Ken Kramer, former Lone Star Chapter Sierra Club director and long-time lobbyist will give an overview of water legislation. In this call he will discuss Appropriations as it relates to the agencies that have jurisdiction over water issues and both the good and bad legislation that relates to water rights, permitting, etc. You can view the key issues and additional information on the acttexas.org site.
