As part of their 2016-2017 Energy Symposium Series, University of Houston Energy Club will be hosting the panel discussion “Clean Power Plan: To Be, or Not to Be?” They will be discussing all aspects of the plan- how it was conceived, what it entails- and our panelists will tackle the criticism and legal conflicts surrounding the plan.
Featured guest speakers include:
Al Armendariz, Deputy Regional Director, Beyond Coal Campaign, Sierra Club, Thomas Pyle, President, American Energy Alliance, Vickie Patton, General Counsel, Environmental Defense Fund. Tracy Hester, Professor of Environmental Law and Emerging Technology, UH Law Center, will be moderating the discussion.
