14th Annual Fall Luncheon with Change Happens!

For 29 years, Change Happens! has continued to plant seeds of hope and renew its promise to empower people to help themselves. Change Happens! works harder to be the change that they want to see in the world and continue to make change happen for children and families throughout the Houston area.
