The market features fresh seasonal produce from local farmers, grass fed meats, free range chickens and eggs, local honey, small batch foods and bakery items.  Visitors can browse the art from local artisans and try delicious ready to eat food from booths and popular food trucks while listening to the best local musicians.

Encourage your child’s curiosity about nature and spend time with them exploring outdoors! Children 18 months to 3 years, with their adult companions, can join a naturalist for a story reading, a simple nature activity or craft, and a stroller-friendly hike on the beautiful Arboretum trails. Enjoy an interesting new nature experience each week with themes such as turtles, armadillos, spiders, and trees.

Please dress for weather. Tyke Hikes take place rain or shine. Closed-toe shoes are best for trail hikes. Older preschoolers are welcome but are the responsibility of the adult companion.

Science Sprouts is an exciting series for curious kids that love nature and science. Classes will include a short lesson on the topic of the day followed by a nature walk on the trails of the Arboretum. Each class will have a fun mixture of games, live animals, biofacts, crafts, story time, or music. Parents are welcome to participate with their child, or drop them off.
