Levy Park On-Demand: Tai Chi in the Park | Kids Out and About HoustonJoin Levy Park Conservancy at Levy Park with the Four Dragon’s Institute for Tai Chi and Meditation every Thursday at 9 am. Practice Tai Chi to connect and focus the body and mind with slow, low-impact gentle movements and stretches. Open to all ages and levels, this class is great for those who want to de-stress, find their inner peace, and increase overall health.

Please help Levy Park Conservancy by adhering to these guidelines for this in-park program:

All direction from the program instructor and park personnel must be adhered to. 

Follow CDC guidance on face coverings, the recommended size of social gatherings, and maintain proper social distance at all times.
