The public will be allowed to either participate in, or observe, the hearing virtually. The hearing will begin at 6:00 PM.

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality consider the following agenda items at the agenda meeting scheduled for Wednesday, June 9, 2021, which can be viewed virtually starting at 9:30 AM. The Commission will review petitions for amendments to administrative codes and permits as well as Agreed and Default Orders on issues regarding petroleum storage tanks, municipal waste discharge, public water system, industrial waste discharge, and air quality (among others). Public comments on any matters within the jurisdiction of the TCEQ will also be allowed. Meet count leader Jason Bonilla in the parking lot of Woodland Park. Please note that the park does not have a maintained trail system. As such, there is a lot of poison ivy that is somewhat unavoidable when walking the park and looking for birds. Additionally, there are terrain changes and unstable areas. Participants should wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. They usually meet on the fourth Saturday of the month.
