Description: Armand Bayou Nature Center brings art alive at its Second Saturday event on June 12. Each month the nature center helps the community reconnect with nature in family-friendly ways. From 10:00 – 12 noon the center transforms into an art gallery as four unique, well-known local artists delight us with their work.

There will also be activities for young artists to add their personal touch to line drawings by Doug Hiser. A door prize drawing will be held for one of Hiser’s prints. There will also be a guided trail hike through the forest of ABNC.
Admission to Second Saturday is free to members, $3 for non-member adults and $1 for children 4-12 and seniors 60 and older. For more information, phone 281-474-2551
