The shuttle will leave promptly at 9:00 AM from St. Arnold’s Brewery and return around 12:30 PM.

SCHEDULE:
· Board chartered bus at St. Arnold’s Brewery
· Get whisked away to The Last Organic Outpost, a true urban farm.
· Visit the Urban Harvest Farmers Market and meet several of the vendors, discover what farm-to-market means and taste some of the same fresh ingredients that Houston chefs use in their kitchens.
· Tour the kitchen of Pola Artisan Cheeses where you will get to meet the cheesemakers, and see how they create their cheeses. Pola produces both raw and pasteurized cow and goat cheese right here in the middle of Houston.
· Return to Saint Arnold where you will receive a pass for a tour of Houston’s original boutique brewery. Of course, the Saint Arnold tour includes a tasting!
COST: $50 per person. Each guest will receive an organic market bag, a copy of The Ultimate Food Lover’s Guide to Houston and other goodies.
