Description: In this class we will learn different dehydrating techniques using fruits and vegetables available throughout the year in the Gulf Coast Region. Dehydrating in an oven, solar oven, dehydrator, and even the refrigerator is fun and rewarding. We will taste veggies made into pates and then dehydrated into crackers. Join us as we learn new ways to play with our food.
