The Texas Dragon Boat Association, in collaboration with the Buffalo Bayou Partnership, is pleased to announce that Pam Gardner, President of Business Operations for the Houston Astros, and Harry Gee, community leader and attorney, will serve as this May’s Festival Honorary Co-Chairs. Houston Mayor Annise Parker will provide the keynote address, and KTRK ABC-13’s Miya Shay will serve as emcee of the Opening Ceremony.
