Five-Class Energy-Saving Workshop Series
Five Tuesdays:Â Oct. 13, Oct. 20, Oct. 27, Nov. 3 and Nov. 10th. Time: 7-9pm. This series of five Energy-Saving Workshops will help homeowners save on electricity, natural gas, gasoline, water and even help in your recycling efforts! We emphasize methods that are low orno cost. Your facilitator is Debbie Antoon. She has taught this course many times and has also taught after-school gardening at many Houston ISD elementary schools, including Garden Oaks! Registration is limited to the first 25 households. Cost for the 5-session seminar is $25/person; however, parents of current Garden Oaks students or alumni may attend the workshop for $10.
