Wildscapes Workshop & Plant Sale, Saturday, September 26
The Houston Chapter of the Native Plant Society of Texas is sponsoring the 12th Wildscapes Workshop, which celebrates the beauty of the earth as it educates on the native plants, nature, and wildlife. Continental Lunch & Breakfast, Lunch, refreshments, great book sale, doorprizes all day… Welcome from Speakers include Jaime Gonzalez of Katy Prairie Conservancy on “Saving Prairies,†Mark Bronstad of Doremus Nursery on “Great Plants for Wildscapes Landscapes, Farrar Stockton of the North American Butterfly Society, Butterfly Enthusiasts of South East Texas, on “Local Butterflies and Flight of the Monarch†and a great talk on Native Pollinators.
