KPC’s Summer Science Nights

Looking for a way to get your children outdoors this summer? KPC’s new Summer Science Nights classes are a perfect way to get kids off the couch and onto the prairie this summer! Summer Science Nights is a series of four evening classes, each focusing on a different topic on an exciting KPC preserve.

Finding Frogs – July 8 – Nelson Farms Preserve
The Stars at Night – June 10 & June 15 – KPC Field Office
Eyes in the Dark – June 17 & July 22 – Warren Ranch South
Sunset Flyers – June 24 & July 29 – Nelson Farms Preserve

Classes are 6:00 – 8:30 PM with a cost of $3 per participant per class. Students may attend as many or as few classes as they wish, in any order. The July series is a repeat of the June series in order to work around busy summer schedules.

Registration is absolutely required, as class size is limited. Parents may attend free. We ask that you please pay in advance to cut down on time spent on administration issues at each class — we want everyone to spend as much time having fun on the prairie as possible.
