ANIMAL COLLECTION SPECIALIST

The Armand Bayou Nature Center has an opening for an employee to be care for the living exhibits at ABNC. This collection includes reptiles, fish, and bison. Responsibilities include enclosure cleaning, feeding, scheduling veterinarian exams, record keeping, permit management and public education. Minimum Qualifications – Graduation from high school or GED, BS in Biology/Zoology is preferred, plus one year relevant experience. Apply by August 15 to Mark Kramer at mark@abnc.org.
