ADULT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR PROJECT WITH HISD STUDENTS

The Endangered Species Media Project, in partnership with the Memorial Park Conservancy, will be hosting HISD classes in day-long trips to Memorial Park during the week of May 12 to 16. The students and teachers will work with educators, naturalists, park personnel, and plant experts in a research project that includes documenting the invasive species in the Park, removing the invasive species, and then analyzing the impact of the remediation efforts.
