BOOKSIGNING FOR CARBON-FREE AND NUCLEAR-FREE: A ROADMAP FOR U.S. ENERGY POLICY

CLEAN is hosting a reception and book signing for Dr. Arjun Makhijani, President of the Institute of Energy and Environmental on Wednesday, February 13, from 5:30 to 8 pm at Inwood Manor, Garden Room, 3711 San Felipe. Makhijani will speak about the ideas put forth in his latest book, Carbon-Free and Nuclear-Free: A Roadmap for U.S. Energy Policy, which provides a sensible, eco-friendly way to meet U.S. energy needs, while greatly reducing the country’s emissions from fossil fuel burning- without resorting to nuclear power.
