EXTENSION SERVICE SEEKS PROGRAM SPECIALIST FOR RECREATION, PARK & TOURISM SCIENCES DEPARTMENT

Texas A&M is looking for an extension program specialist 1 to provide leadership and coordination in training, outreach and education for recreation and park professionals. The candidate will conduct and develop applied studies, promotional, and educational materials for various client audiences, including park directors, managers, chambers of commerce, convention and visitor bureaus and any professionals active in the service delivery of recreation and park programs. Requirements include a master’s degree, experience in program evaluation, and three-five years experience in Extension education or similar work with park and recreation professionals.
