MOTHERS FOR CLEAN AIR ANNUAL MEETING SATURDAY

Kristina Walker of the UT School of Public Health will speak on “Hazardous Air Pollutants and Cancer Risk in Harris County” at the Mothers for Clean Air annual meeting on Saturday, August 18 from 9 to 11:30 am. The event will be at Westwood Hall, Emerson Unitarian Church, 1900 Bering Drive.

Walker will speak about a study she co-authored concerning air toxics and the risk of leukemia in Harris County. The meeting is free and open to the public.
