Earth Day Kale Giveaway

Mercer Botanic Gardens is celebrating Earth Day with a kale giveaway on Monday, April 22. Visitors are welcome to take home some of the 1,000 pounds of edible ornamental kale after it’s removed from Mercer’s Color Garden. Mercer staff will have the Charlie Cart set up for demonstrations and offer ideas to repurpose the kale at home. Please bring reusable shopping bags.
