K.E.E.P FOUNDER DUNCAN RAGSDALE DIED WEDNESDAY

Duncan Andrew Ragsdale passed away on Wednesday, May 16, at the age of 63. He graduated from Harvard University in 1965. He was an educational consultant and director of Kids Environmental Education Project and founder of Kids on the Bayou. Duncan was active in environmental educational circles and many teachers appreciated his advice and help. He is survived by his wife, Marvis Ragsdale, and his daughter, Anne Turner. Funeral services will Saturday, May 19, 3 pm in the chapel of Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Rd.
