HOLA’S “LLAMA RAMA” WILL BE SATURDAY

Houston Outdoor Learning Academy’s fundraiser, “Llama Rama” will be Saturday, March 3rd, at First Unitarian Universalist Church, 5200 Fannin. The family-friendly event is from 7 to 9:30 pm. Entertainment will include jazz, rock, and blues from former Blues Streak members, Bob Northway, Gill Moran, Jerry Carpenter, and Doyle Norton. Jazz artist Al Pagliuso and his band and the student band, Dismantled will perform. Comedian Jim Mackenzie, currently on his tour, “Runs With Scissors” is the MC. Tickets are $6. The event features the raffle of a 42” Toshiba LCD flat-screen, HDTV from Gallery Furniture, and also a week’s rental of a beach house in Surfside. Raffle tickets are available at the party.
