PAID INTERNSHIPS IN HOUSTON PARKS DEPT

The Houston Parks and Recreation Department has an immediate opening for an intern in the athletic field management division. The intern will assist with all aspects of athletic field maintenance, assist with maintenance and installation of irrigation systems, and provide technical assistance to community youth organizations. The applicant should be a Junior, Senior, or graduate student; have, or be able to obtain a Texas Driver’s License; be available to work 40 hours per week including weekends and have a strong interest in sports turf.
