We’ll be hosting the grand opening of our campaign headquarters on Mid Main during this unique community celebration. Be sure to start your evening at the Parks By You office (3603 Main Street) for a wrist band and enjoy free refreshing drinks at all retail stores and a full line up of free live music along the corridor.

ParksByYou is a diverse coalition of Houstonians dedicated to improving and increasing access to neighborhood parks and bayous in Houston. Proposition B on the November 6 ballot will feature a $166 million bond that will transform the City of Houston to include sustainable green spaces for a healthier way of living. This project will make our communities safer by connecting neighborhoods along the bayou with hike and bike trails because active communities are safe communities.

Remember, vote YES to PROP B this November- but first, be sure to Do What You Do and join us by bicycling, walking or riding the Main rail line to party with ParksByYou and support locally owned business on the Mid Main Corridor.

Mid Main’s Natachee’s, Tacos a-go go, The Sparrow Cooktop and Bar, Sig’s Lagoon, My Flaming Heart, Julia’s and The Continental club are all donating 5% of their sales the afternoon of September 6 to Parks By You.
