Description: The USGBC Coastal Bend Branch is proud to announce that it will be presenting our first inaugural Greenbee Project Award to La Palmera [Mall] on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 10:30 am.

The event will take place at La Palmera, in a location within the Mall that will be determined in the near future. La Palmera is a LEED ® Silver Certified Core and Shell project and is the first indoor mall in the country to receive such a prestigious designation. Come, meet and mingle with the staff of La Palmera, as well as your peers to learn more about the Mall, the USGBC Coastal Bend Branch and the future plans of the mall owners, Trademark Properties!
