ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGES AND INNOVATIONS WORKSHOP FEB 15
The Texas Association of Environmental Professionals’ first “Environmental Challenges and Innovations Conference: Gulf Coast†will take place Thursday, Feb 15, at Brady’s Landing Restaurant in Houston. This one-day event will provide a local forum for environmental professionals in industry, government, and consulting/service companies to share technical presentations with their peers. Students are invited to participate. Topics will include Water, Sediment, Soil, Air Quality, and Environmental Ethics. Carl E. Edlund, P.E., director of the Multimedia Planning and Permitting Division of US-EPA, Region 6, will present the keynote luncheon address. Environmental Professional of the Year, Young Environmental Professional of the Year, and Regulator of the Year awards will be presented. For details, see TAEP’s website.
